The Pork in our sausage patties comes from our outdoor herd of welsh Pigs, which traditionally have sweet full flavoured meat.
The pork is coarsely minced and blended with a range of herbs and spices to create this traditional pork sausage. Great for breakfasts and a variety of other meals.
